About the Founder
Aaron Edwards founded Grove Ridge in 2024 to add value for its clients by providing exceptional mergers and acquisitions services. Aaron has broad experience in the consumer sector, including restaurants, grocery stores, and other multi-unit retail businesses.
Aaron has spent over 15 years as an M&A banker and financial consultant. Prior to founding Grove Ridge, he advised clients on M&A transactions for more than a decade at Trinity Capital, a leading independent investment bank based in Los Angeles, California. Additionally, Aaron worked as a Senior Associate with Ernst & Young LLP.
Aaron obtained a BS from College of Charleston, a MAcc from University of Southern California and an MBA with honors from University of California, Los Angeles. He lives in the Coconut Grove area of Miami, Florida with his wife Katie and two young children.
